Hello!
I have a passion for supporting my clients in deepening their self-awareness, improving communication, enhancing coping with challenge and increasing social, emotional, spiritual, and community wellbeing!
I received a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a specialty in Expressive Arts Therapy, from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. I have practiced psychotherapy in the Bay Area through a trauma-informed lens for the past 12 years. Currently practicing in Sonoma, CA, I work with kids, teens, families, parents and adult individuals, as well as provide clinical supervision to therapists accruing hours toward licensure.
Prior to becoming an Expressive Arts-focused Psychotherapist, I worked as a Behavior Technician with children with Autism in schools and community-based settings for 4 years.
In addition to providing psychotherapy and supervision, I offer training for other clinicians, behavioral health workers, and educators. I also work as a Clinical Supervisor for a non-profit mental health agency in Napa, supporting the growth of clinicians accruing hours towards licensure.
When I am not practicing, you’ll likely find me playing with my two young children, reading, cooking, gardening, and moving my body outdoors.
